Your role in brief Our Home Helpers have the chance to make a real difference to people’s lives, both at home and supporting them in the community. This is a role that varies from day-to-day, helping the more vulnerable in our society by offering a sense of satisfaction that is difficult to match. Dale Care Workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. Dale Care were awarded the tender with Middlesbrough Council and we have started working in the community in certain areas of Middlesbrough. This has subsequently led to us opening an office in the TAD centre in Middlesbrough. (pic of TAD centre attached). We are delighted to be working in Middlesbrough and increasing our presence across Teesside.

Dale Care were awarded the tender with Hartlepool council to run the care aspect in 4 extra care facilities. These being Laurel Gardens (this being the main office), Albany Court, Richard Court and Bamburgh Court.

Dale Care and Parkside court both attained a GOOD rating from CQC in 2017 which is a fantastic achievement from all of our staff. CQC – Care quality commission – is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. They ensure the services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care whilst encouraging care services to improve.
